Form Submissions

View website form submissions and choose who receives email notifications.

Forms built into a Ploy site capture submissions automatically. You can review them from the site's dashboard and add one or more email addresses to receive a notification when a new submission arrives.

Receive submission notifications by email

Go to Sites in Ploy.
Select your site and click Dashboard.
Open the Submissions tab in the left sidebar.
Click Notifications in the upper-right.
Enter the email address that should receive new submission notifications.

Repeat the last step for each teammate who should be notified about new submissions.

Review submissions

Open Sites → your site → Dashboard → Submissions to review the submissions captured by that site. Notification settings are managed separately for each site.
