Analytics & Visitors
Track traffic, identify visitors, and connect your analytics stack.
Ploy includes built-in analytics and visitor identification out of the box — no extra setup required. For deeper insights, connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console directly from the dashboard.
Built-in Analytics
Every published Ploy site automatically tracks:
- Pageviews — Total and unique views per page
- Traffic sources — Where visitors are coming from (direct, organic, referral, social)
- Top pages — Your most-visited pages ranked by traffic
- Trends — Daily, weekly, and custom date range comparisons
Dashboards & Charts
Create custom dashboards with charts to visualize your data:
- Line charts — Track trends over time
- Bar charts — Compare pages or sources
- Metric cards — Highlight key numbers (total visitors, pageviews, unique visitors)
- Tables — Detailed breakdowns with sorting and filtering
- Pie charts — Traffic source distribution
- Area charts — Cumulative trends
Ask Korra to create charts for you — "Show me a chart of pageviews over the last 30 days" or "Create a dashboard with our top pages and traffic sources."
Visitor Identification
Ploy automatically identifies companies and individuals visiting your site. For each identified visitor, you can see:
| Data Point | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Visitor's full name (when available) |
| Company | The organization they belong to |
| Job title | Their role |
| Link to their LinkedIn profile | |
| Visit count | How many times they've visited |
| Pages viewed | Which pages they looked at |
Tip: Ask Korra "Who visited our site this week?" or "Show me visitors from enterprise companies" to get a quick summary.
Privacy
Visitor identification is privacy-conscious and does not use cookies. No additional consent banners are required.
