Insights & Visitor Identification

See who's visiting your site and what they care about — built in, no setup required.

Every published Ploy site comes with built-in analytics and visitor identification out of the box. Ploy turns raw traffic into insight: what people are looking at, where they came from, and — for business visitors — which companies and individuals are behind the visits.

Built-in Insights

Every published Ploy site automatically tracks:

  • Pageviews — Total and unique views per page
  • Traffic sources — Where visitors are coming from (direct, organic, referral, social)
  • Top pages — Your most-visited pages ranked by traffic
  • Trends — Daily, weekly, and custom date range comparisons

Ask Ploy's Agent to surface these for you — "How's our traffic trending this week vs. last week?" or "Which pages get the most organic traffic?"

Visitor Identification

Ploy automatically identifies companies and individuals visiting your site. For each identified visitor, you can see:

Data PointDescription
NameVisitor's full name (when available)
CompanyThe organization they belong to
Job titleTheir role
LinkedInLink to their LinkedIn profile
Visit countHow many times they've visited
Pages viewedWhich pages they looked at

Tip: Ask Ploy's Agent "Who visited our site this week?" or "Show me visitors from enterprise companies" to get a quick summary.

Privacy

Visitor identification is privacy-conscious and does not use cookies. No additional consent banners are required.

Asking Ploy's Agent About Visitors

You don't need to navigate dashboards manually. Ploy's Agent can answer visitor and insight questions conversationally:

  • "Who visited our site this week?"
  • "Show me visitors from enterprise companies"
  • "Which companies keep coming back to our pricing page?"
  • "Create a dashboard showing pageviews, top pages, and visitor companies"
