Ploy Lite

A faster, more cost-efficient option for small tasks and quick requests.

Ploy Lite is designed for focused work that does not require a full project workflow or deeper reasoning. Choose it when you want a lighter model, a cheaper option, lower cost, or faster help with small edits and simple requests.

When to use Ploy Lite

Choose Ploy Lite when the request is small, specific, and easy to verify. For example:

  • Validate a question — review a question received in Gmail and check it against the information available in your workspace.
  • Draft a response — prepare a concise reply based on your documentation or other workspace context.
  • Make a small adjustment — refine wording, spacing, styling, or another tightly scoped part of existing work.

A useful rule: if you can describe the change in one clear sentence and it affects a small part of the work, Ploy Lite is usually a good fit.

When to use standard Ploy

Use the standard Ploy experience for larger projects, work with several dependent steps, or decisions that benefit from deeper reasoning. This includes:

  • Building a complete page or website
  • Creating complex animations or interactive experiences
  • Running in-depth research or analysis
  • Making broad design, content, or technical decisions
  • Coordinating work across multiple tools, systems, or deliverables

Standard Ploy is optimized for the highest-quality result when the task needs more context, planning, iteration, or judgment.
